Vanderbilt Writing Studio and Tutoring Services
All Students, Faculty, Postdoctoral Fellows, Staff, and, as of Summer 2026, Alumni 0-2 years after graduation
To sign into our scheduling system, please visit either the Writing Studio homepage or the Tutoring Services homepage and follow the "Schedule an Appointment" button. You will then be prompted to sign in using your VUnetID and password.
Following an update to our SSO set-up in Summer 2026, all WSTS staff (admins, Writing Consultants, STEM Tutors, and Office Clerks) sign in in the same way via the "Schedule an Appointment" buttons on either the Writing Studio homepage or the Tutoring Services homepage.

WE ARE OPEN: The Writing Studio and Tutoring Services offer appointments throughout the year.
- Fall and Spring semesters: Appointments are available from the day classes begin to the second-to-last day of the exam period.
- Maymester and Summer Sessions I and II: Appointments are available throughout the summer.
